His jaw isn’t in harmony with the rest of his face, looks a tad uncanny IMO. You can especially tell from the profile, his jaw is still obviously underdeveloped except now his chin pokes out. No forward growth. This guy needed BSSO + genio, then maybe could have done implants or fillers afterwards if he wasn’t satisfied. I think it’s possible for some people to ascend their jaw with implants only, but this guy was not one of them unfortunately. His starting point was just much too deficient.

His eye area is his biggest failo. He won't ascend no matter how many implants he got before making eye area almond shaped and compact.
