His jaw isn’t in harmony with the rest of his face, looks a tad uncanny IMO. You can especially tell from the profile, his jaw is still obviously underdeveloped except now his chin pokes out. No forward growth. This guy needed BSSO + genio, then maybe could have done implants or fillers afterwards if he wasn’t satisfied. I think it’s possible for some people to ascend their jaw with implants only, but this guy was not one of them unfortunately. His starting point was just much too deficient.
