When i had growth spurt at 13yo in the summer (same year where i had growth spurt where i grew 8cm) i eated normaly but i was realy pale and didnt go outside for all 2 month in the summer didnt went outside in the sun single time + i was going to sleep at 6am and waking up at 3PM and did this shit straight for whole summer could this be the reason why im Ltn? while having Htn dad + mtb mom im 11%bf 18bmi, and did also same shit again in the summer when i was 14yo same shit.

my mom have hollow cheeks my dad have them too and im the only one who lack of them and as i said 11%bf + im 17 already

did i fucked my puberty? or this shit dosnt matter
