The last time I properly did. legs in gym was 2 years before but i couldn’t train properly just lifting without hitting the muscle, now that I know how to hit the muscle
This pain is insane I woke up from the pain and can’t walk it feels like someone injects with 18G needle everywhere
Today I have usually shoulder day but even that is not possible jfl
