Question is in the title.

I know Linoob got full facial implants but are the infra implants saddled or not saddled?
 
Why do people look up to that guy? He went from being subhuman to an uncanny subhuman. He's not a good ascension example.

I think people are 50/50 on him. Some like it some hate it. I am just wondering because I don’t see a “ledge” under his eyes.
