It's honestly really hard to tell, as you're not only striking a different pose which changes how the fabric sits on your delts and how much it shows your bideltoid, but the shirt also seems to be a different one along with a different angle.

If you want to measure your bideltoid, you can find tutorials online that teach you how to do so, and start tracking the value weekly.

haha yeah my bad im 14 still growing and i havent really thought about it as much just hoping it gets wider as i mature and the main reason i havent measured is because i dont have a measuring tape lmao

there is no point in asking this question at your age. just take serious pics every month to document your progression then ask after a year or two.
