my frame isnt that bad its just bad pics

my shoulders are wide and my waiste is small but my hips are arent narrow they are average

I can suggest u to develop a stronger chest ( big tits doesn't mean u have wide chest )

If u If you don't mind, or if you want, I can tell you what exercise I'm doing and it's enough with dumbbells ( yeah I'm 15cell but I just wanna help I'm not tryna act like I know all just noticed that it s much better than other exercises for frame )

my chest us just genetically shit im pretty strong on it too and i tried everything but go on i take every advice

rn i do mondsy incline benchpress and weighted dips and on friday flat benchpress and cable flies

it is gyno i feel a hard lump under my nipple and look at the fold and increased pink nipple
