I used 9 30g 25mm threads on each side of my face to target my nasolabial folds in a mesh pattern, just like i did a few months back. Hoping to gain even more collagen so they’re less noticeable. For all the threads I did one or two at a time, pulled them out, and put more in. The pain wasn’t unbearable but it was definitely present.
This time around however, I did some more. I used 5 of the same kind of threads on each side for my undereyes. I just did these right under and parallel to my eye. I also did some for the lips. I used mono screw type to put one right above my lip on each side, one straight thread going the opposite direction, and three vertically on the corners of my mouth. I pretty much just used @Orc threads about pdo and copied all of it. I still have a bunch of threads left over so I want to try jaw tightening soon, and maybe screws in some asymmetrical parts of my face. I’m hoping for results in a few weeks, and if I’m not happy I’ll just do more threads
Here’s a pic of me with the threads in and another one where you can see the marks where they were inserted. Don’t mind the unshaven bloated mess
