looked a bit better but i dont see the problem tbf just cut it if you dont like It at all and in like 3 months and an half it will be back to the old state.
Also why tf the Perm looks flat?

In my opinion If i seen ur hair like inperson i wouldnt notice u got a perm i would just think styled it and I feel like your hair matches your face so it goes well together and it doesnt rlly look damaged to me at all you straight g
