Did this dude get jaw implants or is this from simply packing on mass leading to his face filling out

Also it looks like his lips got bigger so I think it’s from packing on mass



He’s obviously on gear but I’m wondering if the mass filled out his face out and made it look younger? In the before pic I think he’s like 26.

Is this the results of fillers/implants/plastic surgery or is this from gaining mass and his face filling out?

He didn’t start till 26 so roids didn’t really grow his bones that much

His thin ass lips in the before literally doubled in size and his nasol folds went down so much

One thing that might make me think he had plastic surgery is that his nose doesn’t look exactly the same as before in some pics. But maybe the added mass to his face made his nose appear smaller?

Wider jaw = wider lips. When I was a bloated roided gymmaxxer I had wider lips even though it was all fat + water retention around my face.
