yeah, made me develop tits at some point since it fucks aesthetics by giving you a big lower chest.

I just spam inclined bench and dumbbell press (second is better for hypertrophy)

i got rid of bench, all i do for chest/shoulder is ohp, pushups, weighted dips, side lateral raises and my chest and shoulders have improved since removing bench

I do incline dumbbell and sometimes flat smith machine with narrow grip for triceps.
But regular flat barbell always felt shit for me: hurt my shoulders, didn’t feel my chest, couldn’t go safely to failure alone etc.

I do a lot of flat benching, never had any issues developing the upper chest. My form is quite good and I always pause at the bottom, so I get maximum chest engagement.

100% agree, training lower or middle chest will make it look like you have tits. Just stick to upper only

I use ez bar for presses as it's easier on my shoulders which were damaged in an accident unrelated to gym once.
