Did you guys ever try fasting for weight loss

I am about 16.5% bodyfat, but want to get down to 14.5%

Trying to do 16 hour fasts. Like today I stopped eating at 8:20 and plan to eat at about 12:20 or so tomorrow so that I have a 16 hour window. Help anyone here lose weight?

Around there sometimes I would js go a day without eating or eating very little

16.5% to 14% is literlly 3-4 weeks dieting

I only ever used to do intermittent fasting worked pretty well though

Yeah I know, but its getting hard AF. I feel hungry as shit all the time when I dip below 16%.
