Look like shit, feel like shit, day lost today of pure lethargy

Just run to sleepmaxx and advance ur circadian phase

Walk, sprint, run, everything during ur session

Doing cardio helps my sleep. One of the main reasons I do it

Cardio is more important for wellbeing imo. You should still lift tho
I just do push ups and dips on a chair aside to maintain clavicles structure
