Wondering about diet my current diet just focuses on hitting my micros and macros along with hitting at least 10,000 steps a day for reference based on what I have had today as an example Should I focus on anything in particular I want to especially put focus on bone growth

Fat: 70g

Magnesium: 590mg
Phosphorus 1850mg
Potassium 4300mg
sodium: 550mg
Iron: 8mg
zinc: 8mg
copper: 1.1mg
Manganese 2.6mg
selenium: 45 μg
Vitamin A: 4000 IU
Vitamin D3: 27.5 μg
Vitamin E:13 mg
Vitamin K1: 200 μg
Vitamin C: 85mg
Thiamine: 1mg

If your bone structure/mass genetics are very shitty
None of that would help
