How bad does diet coke yellow your teeth ? I used also to drink a lot of energy drinks but i replaced them with diet coke. I want to drink only water after i finnish leanmaxxing but atm i drink like 2L of diet coke a day

I have barely brushed my teeth in the past 5 years and have had excessive carbs and sugar and chew on ice. my teeth are fine though, I don't drink soda at all. Now thats the reason I think my teeth are fine. Soda is acidic chemical poison that seeps into all crevices in your teeth and is total destruction
