People talking about diet causing acne are coping bad.. nearly all of these "I avoid X foods/food groups/chocolate" etc nearly always have acne anyway and are probably coping/imagining some food did it anyway lol. If your skin is good and fixed/treated you can eat anything no issues and really almost every "X food causes acne for me" person still has acne.. how can you even take their advice seriously then? Goal should always be flawless clear skin not coping and half-assing it.

Besides makes close to zero sense diet has any much impact on acne the root issue is always excessive sebum production lol.. coping around oversized and overactive sebaceous glands with "diet" is just cope.

Only diet thing could ever do is eating animal foods high in retinol(vitamin A) especially megadosing liver for the oral retinoids but that would be it and it would end up being like microdosing isotretinoin or taking oral retinol, but everything else is really just more or less COPE.

Don't trust half-assing "muh diet for acne" copers that still have acne anyway. How can you take their advice seriously when they still have acne and not perfect clear skin? Trying to fix your acne with "muh diet" is just gonna make you keep having shitty or imperfect skin forever.. unless we are talking some guy eating massive amounts of liver every week for like a year plus or more lol.

as far as i know sleep, diet and stress infulence ur hormonal balance

if ur hormonal balance is off that can cause hormonal acne/skin issues

so ur diet does have an impact on you skin

im not saying that if u eat one pack of slop urgonna immediately break out or sth
but a generally bad diet can definitely contribute to skin issues

spf 50 pa+++
is that susncreen?

basic moisteurizer
not needed at all, your face produces oils that act as a perfect moisturizer anyway. no need for any synthetic moisturizer

acne is just a symptom of a bigger health issue. wether thats hormonal problems, health problems, etc
using that stuff is like fighting the symptoms but not the root problems of the acne
so as soon as u stop using it, you will break out again

so yes, legit to fight acne
but not legit to fight the root cause problems

Dieting is extremely important you're genuinely coping.

Eating slop foods will nuke your gut health causing you to look bad.

Very undisciplined person you're.

not worth looking like a ballsack goated for aging

the root cause is over active sebaceous glands diet stress and what not have an impact but its like a 10-20%, just a guess but you get the gist

none of our ancestors had skin issues like we did

and they didnt use sunscreen or any of these: "only topical that are legit are retinoids like tret, taz"
so i think there are other ways to fix it

idc what about my ancestors did
modern problems require modern solutions

that kind of ignorance is naive

the ways of our ancestors are the solution to our modern day problems because they didnt get our modern day problems
