i’ve heard i should eat a lot to grow as much as possible, but i should also be as light as possible to grow to full potential?
hgh is a no unless i can get it without using my credit card because everything i buy is visible with my under 18yo monitored kiddie credit card (but maybe bitcoin is a possibility)
any underaged ppl that got hgh or anabolic steroids without permission from parents? how’d you do it?

Diet rich in protein, calcium. Do not eat garbage, without sugar.
And do physical exercises to increase gh.
Stretches should also be good

Liver is the most nutritious food on the planet. It's not just about macros(although it's very high In protein anyway) it's full of vitamins and minerals. You would have to eat 10x the amount of other food and you still wouldn't get same nutrition
