what do you guys eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner?
i need meal inspos bc all the food in my house is pure carbs (not saying carbs are a bad thing)
 
i eat whatever i can get my slimy little fingers on

if I eat it's probably steak and like eggs but ig
im assuming that you were originally on 3 meals a day and then switched I was asking if the switch was worth it and if you saw any changes physically or mentally, and you read my mind cause I was going to ask you what you ate then to add on how many eggs and how much steak in that one meal?

I used to eat complete slop but I quit like a year ago and yeah it for sure changed me a lot facially and physically, lost a buncha weight, skin improved, the usual and I don't really get bloated anymore, dm me.

I am desperately trying to gain weight, so I would rather still eat three meals a day atleast, right?

immeditately, fix your thought process around food consumption. aim for one meal a day. eat fatty meat until satiation, that is all you will ever need. eggs are great. raw dairy can be good also.
