IF ONLY I HAD EATEN BETTER AS A CHILD

I NOW COPE WITH EATING HEALTHY GUESS WHAT IM PAST PUBERTY DOESNT HELP ME GROW TALLER OR ANYTHING ITS OVER

I ate like shit and still became 6'2.

I down 3 cans of Monster a day and live off goyslop, i still turned out 6'2 and my abs arent going anywhere

Yeah after puberty healthy diet can only help with not aging ur skin.

Its all about calories and protein for height

If your parents are tall then obviously you too will be tall but for guys with average or shorter parents, you can actually be 3 inches taller atleast than your father with the right nutrition/sleep.
Tall parents > very likely to be tall regardless of diet/nutrition
Short parents > genetically determined to be short/average but can overcome manletism by micronutrient dense diet and be multiple inches taller than your father
It's why you are seeing more and more guys who are way taller than their fathers in the west, especially to immigrant parents. Nutrition and epigenetics are an understated area for growth when it comes to height/frame/etc.

Its all about calories and protein for height
Eating at a surplus and having enough protein, minerals & vitamins is key, and obviously sleeping as much as you can. Unfortunately i had insufficient protein, vitamins, minerals and inadequate sleep (5 hours a night), that's why i say i should be 5'11 minimum instead i'm 174 5'8.5-5'9. Goyslop like mcdonalds has growth hormone in the "meat" i guess but still. I have so skinny during my teenage years, how can i fucking grow when i am not eating enough and my parents don't even care.

Growth hormone + aromasin you let your squeeze out an extra inch

Alongside height our faces would have most likely looked a lot better with proper nutrition and undisrupted hormones
 
When did your puberty end?

height is genetic nigga if youre short dont blame your diet you should blame your parents
