No wonder Mongolian and Korean are big tall and strong.


Mfs diet are mainly meats, bone marrow, diary, some veggies since birth.


You need iron, ferritin, calcium, vit D, magensium, amino acids from those sources to grow healthy and strong.

water

meat, dairy, fruit based diet is all you need
ocassionally eat outside of that
