I hate people that say things like „Height is only 60% genetics“. Why not accept the fact that height is just genetics. My friend is 193cm at 15 1/2 years old. He eats like shit and not even enough. He orders McDonalds and isnt even able to eat a full menu. He only eats around two shitty ass meals a day. Hes sitting on discord till 4 in the morning playing games and wakes up at 10. The only productive thing he does is playing football and going out. He is still one of the most attractive people I know and slays (obviously because hes a htn).

last year i was doing same shit as him and i still grew alot (im 15 also) i believe height is full genetics
 
yeah 100%, I ate like complete and utter shit, starved myself and was extremely underweight, slept like 5 hours a night average and never went outside all through out puberty and i'm slightly above my projected height.
 
Yes. And your skull is also mostly genetic, unless you had some unthreated conditions like Rhinit
 
McDonald's unironically isnt the worst thing you could eat for development
