So long story short: I was 65kg cutted for 193 days to 53kg and now I‘ve been bulking like eating in a kcal surplus for max bonemass (currently 17% bf) but now idk if I should cut again to get a lower bf for higher test cuz I heard from abt 20% bf you get more estrogen which hurts your bonemass but if I cut i‘d loose gains for my bonemass
Any help?
(still in puberty)

the most important thing during puberty is making sure you get all the macro and micronutrients needed to regulate your hormones and development, during puberty I cut, causing my growth to slow noticeably, id recommend either eating at maintenance or on a bulk during puberty to provide the best environment for your body to correctly develop, this study references the importance of not bieng malnourished during puberty

furthermore this study states a conclusion that even though the cause in unknown links to eating a high protein animal based diet( including other foods groups aswell) has links to early and more developed puberty
