nicotines been suppressing my diet
read this thread and see that nicotine might be helping me after all of using nicotine( like 5 months or more), and my diet is suppressed
i feel like i have no energy and not in my fullest when im not eating, i eat eggs like per 2 days and hardly even swallow cuz i feel like im not hungry
how do i eat shit ton or what supplement would help me on my diet and still be on nicotine?
or is this just cope?
