Only diet and habits

I will try this diet to ascend because i dont want to hop on peptides, i wanna hear suggestions and supplements recomendation


Proteins and fats: steak, ground beef, pasture raised eggs, organs (liver 2x a week), raw butter, raw milk (1L a day)
Carbs: All kind of fruits, sweet potato and raw honey

i supplement creatine and i take royal jelly everyday, the main goal of this diet is to build bonemass and reach my full genetic potencial

you only want to eat raw meat and raw eggs if it is from a farm that you know the animais are raised properly, eating grass and having sun exposure
Raw eggs have lower bioavailability, no reason to eat them. Same with raw meat

Eat high fiber, will boost test. (From fruits and veggies)
And get good amount of natural protein.
Its not that hard, just keep off from junkfood and eat grains in moderation

i only eat raw carrots of veggie, my last test exam i get 994ng/dl and in this period i was not going to gym

We have eaten meat for 4.5 million years and i dont think our bodies can adapt to plants in that short of a time also, so have you ever heard of evolution cus how are We gonna evolve when We barely eat them nigger
 
No no no, masaai jumps for height, chew gum for jawline, drink coconut water, kefir and muscle meat for ascension.

That's not how it works. Just know what you put in your mouth first and foremost, then how much and then start working on your macros. Go to the gym, eat decent, sleep decent and you'll ascend in time.
