Diet to increase Test (717ng/dl working out to 994ng/dl without working out)

i did a test exam in the end of 2024 and i get 717ng/dl of test, recently, in may, applying this diet i get 994ng/dl, in the first exam i was hitting gym 4x per week and in the second i dont even touch a dumbell for like a month, i will make a new exam and the goal is hit 1200+ test

the diet consists on steak and groud beef, priorize fatty meats, pasture raised eggs, raw butter to cook and raw milk. this for protein
for carbohydrates you can have all kind of fruits but make sure clear with baking soda to not eat pesticides, and if you are bulking you can eat sweet potato (pomegranates is the best for T)

fats you can use only the fats of the proteins i mencioned, or you can use olive oil and avocado too

raw honey and royal jelly is also really good and i recommend have this everyday

liver is also goated, if you can eat it rare its good, the steak should be also rare

salt is controversial, aajnous dont really like it and bloat a lot but can increase your lifts if used properly

im trying to ascend naturally only with diet, now im eating more carbs and im bloated but im bulking so i dont care a lot, i will start taking 1 liter of raw milk a day to bonemass

Where you live in brazil? I’m searching for organic/grass fed butcher shop to buy some organs and meat to eat it raw, but it’s been kinda hard here ngl
 
i actually buy my food in the local butcher next to my house, but is hard to find some place who sells grass fed, i live in sao paulo, maybe in the countryside its easier to find this butcher

i dont eat raw actually because i dont know where i can buy grass fed organic beef
