Diet while on reta

I started pinning reta a month ago, and been seeing a lot of good weight drop, no problems with energy at the gym, etc but I want to make some changes on my diet. I was on a beef, eggs and butter diet and have just been sticking to it which ofc has helped with a lot of the weight loss, but I'm getting closer and closer to my goal and my body doesn't look as lean as I'd like it to be, anyone have some advice on a better diet to burn even more body fat and not muscle while on reta?

Why the fuck would u do the beef, egg, butter diet dawg. You need fucking carbs before and after the gym.

I was already on that diet before, and was losing weight at a good pace so I decided to stay on it, not because I switched to it when I started pinning reta

Im taking it to get leaner and lower bf% as fast as I can not bc I am fat, I am 63kg at 5'7 (I know its over for shortcels) but I want to speed up the cut to be ready for coachella lol, I'll probably hop off reta after coachella

so yeah I mean most videos I've seen say that reta works better with carbs than cutting carbs to 0 so I needed some healthy secret carb techs to make the diet better, I want the cut to be as good as possible and dont want to fuck it up and lose a lot of muscle while staying on beef butter and eggs diet

the foods you eat dont matter for weight loss just the total calories
 
alr brotha so you need about 40-70 grams of fat daily for hormonal regulation
you want about .8-1.2 g of protien per lb of body weight so like 140-220 grams
then carbs have like 50-100 before you lift

your diet before isn’t half bad for this purpose
