I started pinning reta a month ago, and been seeing a lot of good weight drop, no problems with energy at the gym, etc but I want to make some changes on my diet. I was on a beef, eggs and butter diet and have just been sticking to it which ofc has helped with a lot of the weight loss, but I'm getting closer and closer to my goal and my body doesn't look as lean as I'd like it to be, anyone have some advice on a better diet to burn even more body fat and not muscle while on reta?
