I asked grok to make me a diet meeting the following criteria:
1. I earn $360 every two weeks from school financial aid and I need to divide my money between my diet, the gym, driving license and hygiene products or clothes.
2. Needs to be 1500 calories
3. Lunch needs to be easy to pack in a lunchbox since I'm going to school
4. Lunch needs to be quick and easy to make since I don't have much time in the morning
5. I'm 5'4", 163 lbs and 17 years old
6. The diet must contain whole, organic and healthy foods, no processed sugars or junk food, lots of healthy or natural protein sources (to build muscles), lots of potassium and low sodium (a 3:1 ratio to reduce bloating) and some kind of probiotic food for gut health (ex: kefir or raw milk)
7. My goal is to build an aesthetically pleasing physique while simultaneously losing weight, reducing facial puffiness, clearing up my acne, and improving my overall gut health
8. I go to the gym
Am I lowkirkenuinely doing too much or am I just retarded?
