im 16 during puberty what are some foods i should be eating to maximize growth

Just do mk to maximize hgh, if not then milk, meat, and greens because fuck "primal diet" bullshit you need all nutrients

Lots of good advice here, but always, and I really mean always, eat enough calories and carbs. Animal protein is important, but raw easily available calories are what the body uses to grow (vertically). No bigger mistake out there than being a skelly during puberty. 5'9 57kg is SHIT. Once you're done growing cut the carbs and eat lots of protein for muscle growth. I also suspect your TDEE to be far north of 1900 calories because of puberty, since I myself ate like 3k+ calories a day at your age and gained nothing but height and muscle, while not being that much heavier than you. (Went from 5'4 50kg to 5'9 72kg between 14 and 16, without gaining much fat)
