im currently dietmaxxing,and in trying to get every important nutrient for growth and a healthier life including:
All the vitamins
Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Magnanese, Zinc, Potassium, Selenium
Even tho i try to implement all these things i still lack some of them and id like some food recommends:
I mainly lack Vitamin A, E sometimes magnesium and i dont know high quality carbs and fats, what is the best sources to cover those i elencated?
