im currently dietmaxxing,and in trying to get every important nutrient for growth and a healthier life including:
All the vitamins
Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Magnanese, Zinc, Potassium, Selenium

Even tho i try to implement all these things i still lack some of them and id like some food recommends:

I mainly lack Vitamin A, E sometimes magnesium and i dont know high quality carbs and fats, what is the best sources to cover those i elencated?

eat more meat, and carbs arent as important as fat or protein so i wouldnt worry too much about trying to hit any certain goal with it

i mainly eat ground beef and chicken, rarely get stake cus it costs too much, so i wanna complement the meat i dont eat with something as important as it

eggs, milk, some but not a lot of fruit

why not "a lot"? anyway i never excess 600g of fruit per day (i mainly eat a kiwi and 400 grams of peaches)

fruits have a lot of sugar content and too much fruit can through off your digestion through an overconsumption of fiber and sugar which can also lead to acne and energy level dips/crashes if too much is consumed. some is pretty good though but a lot of people overdo it

maybe eat a little less yeah but its not necessarily terrible. eating some fruit is good but too much will cause bad side effects like acne, bloating, gut issues which can lead to bad health indicators, and more. i'd say fill your diet with meat (which you said you already do, so thats good), more eggs, cheese, and milk (not a ton of dairy but more than you eat now, don't overdo), and some fruits as a side to some dishes or a little snack
 
sweet potatoes is a great source of complex carbs
