I guess one of the things that is no talked about enough is dietmaxxing and nutrition. We all know we have to get a lot of protein and low sodium and hit the micro and macro nutrients and a lot of potassium. But is there a way anyone can send me a good diet plan?

Basically, I need to have at least 170 grams of protein, low sodium, high potassium and I should also hit the macro and micro nutrients and be in a calorie deficit. What's your recommendations? Also, tbh should I eat the same boring thing 7 days a week or are there alternatives? I also don't care about a keto diet, tbh I want something that's low carb and gluten but that's it.

Tbh we have to be holistic. So something that helps with protein goals and does not cause bloating while help you build muscle. Obviously all I can think of is having low carb, low sodium, high potassium, and high protein that helps us with debating as well. I'm honestly about 155lbs right now and I want to gain muscle while losing weight. I honestly think my daily limit is 2000 calories

can you not make one yourself, or do you wanna be spoonfed the diet + the food in your mouth

I have issues with diet myself especially living with family that don’t eat or cook like I do/ what I want to eat. If ur moms willing give her a shopping list and keep a section of ur fridge for ur food. Basically have it structured, 2-3 Healthy proteins, 2-3 healthy carbs to go with the proteins. Some fruit for snacks and throw in some whole milk and compose 3 decent meals and get ur macros in. Should be common knowledge but so many people have diff opinions on nutrition keep it simple and mark me as a solution if I helped
