What would be a good diet for the essentials(debloating, muscle mass, losing fat, hormone regulation, etc) I'm sick of eating the same ground beef and rice every meal with a oatmeal cookie pre workout. I also don't eat breakfast so it would be mainly for dinner and maybe lunch

debloat (potatoes, salmon, avocados, meat etc)
muscles (chicken, red meat, eggs, greek yoghurt for dessert, peanuts they are highest, protein bars but its not ur main source)
losing fat (js work out and eat a lot of protein and literally eat less fatty food)
hormones (supplements like boron, zinc, d3, work out)

this is natty if u rly want it just pin ur the one who introduced me to websites anyway idrk abt peptides and stuff

diet is 50 mg testosterone propionate every morning with a var supplement

switch out rice for potatoes if you want to become leaner. will help you to stay more full for longer amount of time
 
is indiamart or some chinese supplier good? also what does wwb stand for
Don't use wwb it's Chinese shit and you'll seizuremaxx and fucking die, Indiamarts are alright but keep in mind it's from a third world shithole. Napsgear or anything shipping from Europe will be your best bet
