Difference between downturned eyes and NCT

I bought a Nero Angelo rating and he said I have neutral chantal tilt with downturned eyes. I thought downturned eyes means NCT, whats the difference?

I'm not entirely sure but I'm pretty sure the canthol tilt is the line between your outer canthus (outer corner of your eye) and your medial canthus (the inner corner of your eye) and its only negative if the outer canthus falls below your medial canthus. If your medial canthus is downturned, and is below you outer canthus (even if your eyes are slanted downward) then you don't have a negative canthol tilt.
