Literally, no indication the filler was old.

Mainly comes down to volume needed in my opinion. Implants where the filler volume would be excessive.

Getting 3mm thick implants to perfect your jawline would be dumb and you better use filler.

Getting 20mm of filler in your recessed chin would also be dumb.
