What about recovery time20-50x cost difference.
FIllers are cheap. Custom implants are not. Fillers you can get right away. Custom implants you have to design with a plastic surgeon and book a time 6-24 months in advance depending on how popular your surgeon is.
Which is why most people have to settle with fillers.
Even the best fillers don't last much beyond 6-12 months. There will be some buildup no matter how much the manufacturer tells you it will all dissolve. There will be some scar tissue.
It will look very bad after 5+ years of continuous injections.
As a one-off for looking very hot for one summer it can be a good idea.
Why?Filler GOOD, implants BAD.

Depends on the designer and the material.Implants are better, people who say otherwise cope bc they are more expensive, take months of preparation and the need to find the right surgeon. Implants are more work, but the reward last for a lifetime and looks like real bone.
Material doesn’t matter bc you’ll be dead by the time u even get to notice the differences of eachDepends on the designer and the material.
They do not last "a lifetime". Implants get exposed with age because they do not degrade like the surrounding bone.Implants are better, people who say otherwise cope bc they are more expensive, take months of preparation and the need to find the right surgeon. Will my family notice I had the surgery?Implants are better, people who say otherwise cope bc they are more expensive, take months of preparation and the need to find the right surgeon. Implants are more work, but the reward last for a lifetime and looks like real bone.
Implants are considered surgery right?Implants are better, people who say otherwise cope bc they are more expensive, take months of preparation and the need to find the right surgeon. Implants are more work, but the reward last for a lifetime and looks like real bone.
So suffer for a year for a lifetime result > cope with injecting every 6 months until u turn into a balloon6 months preparation, 6 months swelling...
Why do u need 6 months of prep?So suffer for a year for a lifetime result > cope with injecting every 6 months until u turn into a balloon
And after 6 months you realize the implant is too small or too big...So suffer for a year for a lifetime result > cope with injecting every 6 months until u turn into a balloon
Can implants be undoneAnd after 6 months you realize the implant is too small or too big...
Then u ropeAnd after 6 months you realize the implant is too small or too big...
Dude you will look like a chimpmunk in couple of years from all the injection of fillers. It will gather and build up the filler in your faceThey do not last "a lifetime". Implants get exposed with age because they do not degrade like the surrounding bone.
And you should ALWAYS factor the work into the final result. It is a HUGE factor. Filler = mogger jaw in 15 minutes and maybe a day of swelling. Implants = 6 months preparation, 6 months swelling...
If it happens, i will dissolve them. No problem.Dude you will look like a chimpmunk in couple of years from all the injection of fillers. It will gather and build up the filler in your face
Bro, there are multiple videos where the surgeons shows in the surgery, literally they show the filler inside of the face and they never disolve. If it happens, i will dissolve them. No problem.
But I do not believe this will EVER happen tbh. All i read is rumours, while people just continue doing fillers to get superior results... decades on end.
If they never dissolve, how come the volume goes back to normal?Bro, there are multiple videos where the surgeons shows in the surgery, literally they show the filler inside of the face and they never disolve.
If they never dissolve, how come the volume goes back to normal?
PS. I have not seen a single video that would show "old fillers" during the surgery... or imply the fillers were there "for a long time"
Typical scaremongering by "muh wise surgeon" who does not like fillers.
Ok. The evidence is giving to you in your face and still denying it.Typical scaremongering by "muh wise surgeon" who does not like fillers.
Literally, no indication the filler was old.
And (2), the amount he found there had literally 0-influence on facial aesthetics. Probably would have degraded by itself in some time.
Do I need what kind of procedureMainly comes down to volume needed in my opinion. Implants where the filler volume would be excessive.
Getting 3mm thick implants to perfect your jawline would be dumb and you better use filler.
Getting 20mm of filler in your recessed chin would also be dumb.
Mogger jaw requires at least 8-9ml of fillers : multiply by 350$ on average (could be cheaper depending on the shithole where you live) and you already amount to 2800$ for a temporary result. They do not last "a lifetime". Many people already have SOME jaw available, so for them as much not needed.Mogger jaw requires at least 8-9ml of fillers : multiply by 350$ on average (could be cheaper depending on the shithole where you live) and you already amount to 2800$ for a temporary result.
One must be crazy to go to the local dudes.... like WTF? Travelling to some obscure shithole to do surgery? Trusting guys you know nothing about? Either way, over for cels' IQIf you have the wherewithals to go for implants you should go for implants. Many people withhold the excellent results that they got with Pagnoni/Giant so that's why people always show the Eppley/Yaremchuck abominations.
You re literally the worst coping broke ass user of this forumFiller GOOD, implants BAD.

Man you know fillers will literally destroy your face after years of repeated injections right, how hard is it to understand? Many people already have SOME jaw available, so for them as much not needed.
For jaw-cels, it is no brainer ofc: implants are the best option.

8-9ml? some dalits here get 1ml for their whole faces no way u need to much for a good jaw.Mogger jaw requires at least 8-9ml of fillers : multiply by 350$ on average (could be cheaper depending on the shithole where you live) and you already amount to 2800$ for a temporary result.
You'll need a yearly touch up with several injections on gonions and chin and fillers will build up in your tissues and you'll balloon up.

JFL you know nothing.1ml is nothing. Guys like Blacxkgymmax or needwidejaw literally injected about 15ml to have a decent result.8-9ml? some dalits here get 1ml for their whole faces no way u need to much for a good jaw.
