psl rating is a scale used in psl (puahate sluthate lookism) communities. it goes from 0 to 8. 8 being equivalent to perfection, which isn't possible, so the people closest to 8 are those with 7.5

appeal (in terms of attraction, because it has other meanings,) is the quality in someone that makes them attractive or interesting. so if you look appealing to someone, it means they find you attractive or pleasing in a way that catches their attention
