Difference between retin A and retin a Micro

Hey does anyone have experience with retin a micro?
I was wondering how they compare in terms of effectiveness,
also does the manufacturer of the tretinoin cream matter or are they all basically the same?

Yes, the main difference is that it's more resistant to light as far as I know.
