Differences between canthoplasty and fat grafting?

To fix eye area, I thought that with some well placed fat it could elevate canthal tilt and hide the eyes better

cantho for the tilt or eye shape they end up uncanny tho
fat for hooding(if there's already bones) or under eye eyebags or hollowness

depend if u have eye bags do filler or fat grafting
if you want higher tilted eyes either go to first world country or don't do it
fat grafting/filler barely effect the tilt
