After usage of edronax and methylphenidate, i lost %40 of my hair.
I look like this now



AND I'M A FUCKING MALE!!!
What should i do ?

btw, with hair fiber, i look like i have really decent, thick hair at this stage.
 
Biotin in 5mg - 10mg range helps to not loose hair and grow hair and nails (especially if you are defficent in it)

btw my hair loss not Diffuse unpattern alopecia, only diffusing on top.

I was talking about telogen effluvium because thats what i understood, it helps with alopecia too but its nothing dramatic
