This thread has been months in the making. It's taken me a while to find all of this information, link it together, organise and combine it into one guide. A lot of this information has been obtained by my observations of people real-time increasing their status online, mainly observed through instagram, my time in school/college and the large amount of time I spent in my very populated city centre (up until recently when ive started monk moding). Also some of these things have been suggested by other users here so I'd like to thank them for that.

These things are what made people cool in school, college, uni, after life afterwards. You probably saw cool people in school and admired them and you just couldn't understand why they achieved that social status besides their looks. This guide is going to show you how you can become that high status person everyone wants to be friends with.
Even if you are/have all of these things and have no social circle, you will eventually get dragged into a social circle by someone as they want to keep you around for all the value and high status that you bring. And to increase their social status by being seen with you.
It's not money thats attractive. its the power and status symbols you can buy with money that are attractive. no girls gonna care if u show them 100k in the bank. they do care if you've got sick cars, wear nice clothes, jewellery etc... you girlfriend cant walk around showing people a pic of ur bank account. but she can walk around saying my boyfriend has got a lambo, owns a restaurant, is a bodybuilder, is an mma fighter etc... thats all girls care about these days. status. so if you raise your status , you get more girls
Try to obtain most of this shit and flex it on your instagram. All of these things are demonstrations of higher value. without you having to say anything. we can all agree its annoying when someone keeps speaking about their achievements in person, obviously looking for validation. however we dont get annoyed when someone posts their acheievements or a nice car on instagram. because its a passive flex. basically we want to flex on people without speaking, or it being too obvious. we want to passively flex.
Instagram is your social resume.
Do not force your status upon people or flex too hard. everything needs to be a passive flex. dont walk into work going 'im an mma fighter'. walk into work with a black eye from a comp or sparring. these things are all subtle hits suggesting at the main things, power, resources, popularity, leadership, physical dominance.
You can't tell me you've never seen an ugly or short guy with a good looking girlfriend. Because you have. And him acquiring some of the things on this guide is the only reason he achieved the SMV to get that good looking girl.
All of this shit adds together to create an average score for your SMV. face and height are the important factors. the uglier and shorter you are, the more you have to compensate/overcompensate with these things. and they DO work unless your turbo manlet or beyond subhuman.
Another thing to note. When you have increased your status massively. Girls wont flock to you. You will still have to put in the effort of messaging lots of them. But you will in turn, get a much higher reply/success rate with these girls.

Among university students, after a looks threshold was achieved, despite what youd believe. Physical dominance over other men was the main predictor of mating success. You need to achieve looks threshold and height threshold or get as close to it as you can. Then preferably physically dominate other men or status dominate.

- This one is quite different. Get a weird animal like a big cat, croc, or eagle. Looks aesthetic as fuck and this guy became the talk of his whole town because of it. It's alpha as fuck to have basically a tiger, or an eagle as a pet.
- Or a good dog. Preferable an alpha dog like german shepherd, not some little scatty thing. Also adds to your intimidation value which we've previous discussed is important.
- Snap score. I'm not into snap but for you youngcels I know it can be important. You can buy snap score (do a google search) or do methods to increase it
- Dirt bikes. another alpha as fuck, high status bad boy thing to have.
- A house. Getting one of these the younger the better, even if its small. is a massive status increase. Shows maturity and abundance of resources.
- High quality visible tattoos e.g hands, face, full body, sleeves. Intimdation value. A lot of girls even openly talk about their admiration for guys with tattoos. Fuck guys who say its low class. It's normal now and you can get actual art tattoo'd on you now instead of shitty pieces from 20-5 years ago.

- A high status watch like Rolex. Abundance of resources and just looks really good. You can even get AAA replicas on r/RepTime for 300usd . You have to be careful though. If your obviously poor and drive a bag of shit. Your not gonna get away with rocking a (supposedly) 20k gold rolex. You will get away with cheaper options like cartier though.

- Having a business and giving the perception that its successful (employees, fancy car etc.) master a business
- Mastery of 2 hobbies (mma and gym)
- Being good at art like comedy, music etc. maybe like rave shit on dj decks for younger generation or rapping or guitar +rap/songs
- people being able to google search you and find things. an article about one of ur acheivements(sports or business), see your fights on youtube when they type if ur name, you can post these articles on your insta and put them as a highlight to visible on ur profile forever.
An example of someone who made a bit of money in ecom and won a shitty best entrepenuer award in his city for his specific race, but hes leveraging it and i guarantee hes getting way more attention off girls for it. If hes speaking to a girl. A girl can tell her friends and mom and shit "im seeing this guy who won an entrepenur award etc..." high status. You can even pay shitty news places to write similar articles about you and your achievements even if ur achievement is shitty.
- Being in a home recorded amateur porno on sites like xvideos or pornhub. With your name in the title. When your seeing a girl, you can throw in 'yeah I was in a porn shoot' and ur status immediately has gone up a lot especially if you performed well in the video and looked good and are hung. It also shows a lot of preselection. You could probably pay a hooker to let you record one.
- Leader of a group. e.g work, sports team, discord server(not really, dont get ur hopes up discord trannies)
- Confident, calm deep voice , dont be afraid to make eye contact
