It won't improve looks.

"awwww he has dimples" is just chad with dimples. It is a niche like "nerd" chad, glasses didn't improve his looks.

It's cope. Dimples are not a main attraction factor. They can be the cherry on top of i, if you got a great lower third, but they're not mandatory to look good.
You can give dimples to an incel, he's still gonna be an incel.
