How can i fix my crooked nose on my own?

I have long been trying to get surgery for nose, but it gets cancelled every time because after surgery you need someone to look after you for 14 days and i have no one who can do that. For that reason, the hospital refuses to do the surgery on me. Now, i can't wait too long to looksmax because otherwise i might turn into an oldcel and looksmaxxing is too late by then.

So is it possible to bonesmash and take some narcotics/local anesthesia to remove the pain? If so, then how?

Yeah, if there is no other way i can get it done, then it is the only choice i have. I can't afford to continue being reported by foids for simply talking to them. If it happens too many times, i might get a sexual harassment conviction, and that is something i can'T let myself get unless i want to destroy the rest of my life. So the little "self-harm" that comes with bonesmashing is worth it to avoid risking sexual harassment complaints on me.

The only i can think of them is either lying or pretending about an accident or harm my nose in a controlled way that is enough to get hospitalized and get surgery but not enough to cause serious or life-threatening injuries.
