one punch moves like liver shot or spleen or a kick to the knee dont work in street fights where the opponents are moving

Your best bet is learning boxing punching him in the body with a combo and running

It doesnt work in real life cos it needs the opponent to be in a position where they have most of their weight in the front knee where youre going to kick
Thats the only hurdle and its hard to do in a actual fight where the opponent is moving fast
If hes stationary it might hurt his knee thats jt
regardless if you did manage to land it correctly meaning right above his knee cap it would totally end the fight right there.
The pain would be unbearable and he wouldnt be able to walk anymore
