(Dirty) Tricks to kill your hunger

Nicotine:
In short, for those who don't care for biology: Nicotine falsely signals to the body that it's full even when the stomach is empty. At same time, it stimulates dopamine release in the brains reward center, temporarily replacing the emotional craving for food.By suppressing hunger feelings, consuments often unconsciously reduce their daily calorie intake by 300 -500 kcal.
Now we come to the other big advantage: increased basal metabolic rate. Nicotine increases resting calorie consumption by 7–15%. For an average person, this equates to a additionally bonus of about 150 to 250 kcal per day. This is also the reason why many people who quit smoking suddenly gain weight.
If you don't wanna vape and damage your lungs, then just use snus or, even more "healthily," nicotine patches.

Coffeine
Caffeine blocks adenosine in the brain, increases dopamine and adrenaline and thus makes you alert and active. These effects can suppress hunger because you feel more awake and physically active, so hunger feelings temporarily fade into the background. What I mean by this is that you should drink black Coffee, not a latte or sum like that.

Cold Exposure
Ice bathing or similar activities force your body to expend a significant amount of energy to maintain a stable core temperature of 37°C (98.6°F).

Why it temporarily suppresses hunger
Cold acts as an acute biological stressor. When you expose yourself to extreme cold, your body releases noradrenalin. This temporarily suppresses the hunger center in the brain, as survival (heat production) takes precedence over food intake. Studies have also shown that cold improves insulin sensitivity which helps prevent cravings caused by blood sugar fluctuations.

The Volume Hack
Eat foods with extremely low energy density, such as psyllium husks or plenty of leafy greens, right before your meal.

The Biology behind: There are receptors in the stomach lining. When these are stretched by volume, they send signals to the brain to stop the production of ghrelin (hunger hormone) and trigger satiety signals. For example, psyllium husks swell considerably when they absorb water, thus taking up more space in the stomach.

Eating with a small spoon
I don't know why, but somehow I felt like I ate more and got full faster. It must be something psychological.
