I've noticed many young members asking questions like "How do I stay disciplined?", "How do I see things through to the end?", or "How do I avoid quitting?" Usually, these questions stem from struggles with maintaining discipline in their diet, exercise routine or studies.

Here's the honest BLACKPILLED truth: Discipline and consistency are often developed in childhood, especially when you have GOOD parents. If you're over 18 and find it difficult to stay consistent and disciplined towards your goals, then there is a high chance you had SHIT parents.

How to Fix This:

You are not gonna like this, but at some point you need to accept it. If you are 21 or over and still struggling with consistency issues. Then you need to get on Medication. If good habits weren't instilled in you as a kid, if you didn't master the act of doing things that you don't like to do, then medication is the only way. Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, etc.

Don't end up like these 30 year old losers, because they refused to use medication to solve their problems:

these medicines are either illegal or if available cost half of the monthly wage .

These meds are all LEGAL. They are ADHD meds. Most people who struggle with discipline and consistency have ADHD. So it shouldn't be too hard for any of you to talk to a Psychiatrist and get a diagnosis so they can prescribe you meds.

If you don't want to get a prescription, then go buy from the dark web
