I didnt see any difference in my bones but I bonemash sometimes just for the "pump"

Ion do it regularly, infact i do it rarely. Since it js gives u some temporary swelling n almost nothing else, also it injured my zygomatic so long story short i had to stop. Can show u some proof in pms if u want

I feel the same way, but I see tons of people saying it works. I saw asdvek say that Richard Ramirez turned out that way because his father beat him during childhood, but that’s a total lie; he didn't end up like that because of the beatings—it’s pure genetics. Just look at his mother, his niece, and so on

Asdvek's lying, if that was the case then all abused children would look like him, the reason he looked like that was because of his mother having even better bones than he did, his ancestors where probiblly warriors and kings who ate raw liver and drank blood
