Trying to get a clearer idea of how people actually approach cutting in the gym without losing muscle or feeling drained. I’ve seen a lot of different methods like aggressive calorie deficits, slow cuts, high protein, intermittent fasting, cardio heavy vs lifting heavy focus etc. What’s the most effective way you guys have found to drop body fat while still keeping strength and looking full instead of flat?

why walk when you can drive

you should hop on from the start if you are high iq enough to do it smartly

1200 calories is wayy to low unless ur a foid.
you are basically dnr'ing ur thyroid.

"properly cut" 1200 calories and low carb as shit is not a proper cut

you have ape brained iq
