Disgust when thinking of ex

Why do I feel pure unadulterated disgust whenever I think of her, she took care of my needs and then I just dumped her because I got bored the week before valentines Day. although tbh she wasn’t that attractive I’d give her 5-6/10

Can anyone tell me a biological reason why I would come to hate her so much jfl I don’t even remember much about her good or bad.
