3)they follow the job's procedures.

Quality of work and/or results never mattered and never will matter.

Another therapist may be way more competent than her and actually help her clients, and he/she would be getting the exact same pay from this broken system.

It doesn't matter how competent you are, it only matters that you wage-slave xx hours a week.
