Anyone with Diuretics experience?
Thought I would share what I already know first:
Basics:
* Increasing potassium
* Exercising/Sweating
Salt/water manipulation:
* Salt loading - then cutting 5-7 days out
* Water loading - then cutting 1-2 days out.
Back to my question - Any god-tier products (EU) or foods?
Most reasonable foods will only serve 10-12% of Potassium needs per serving
Most supplements have a serving size of 6-8 capsules a day (and they aren't cheap either).
